Whether your passion is fishing the surf, trolling the backwaters, going offshore for the many species of fish the Gulf of Maine has to offer, or perhaps just taking a kid fishing from the dock, the Webhannet River Tackle shop in Wells Harbor can fill all of your saltwater fishing needs. We can even rent you a fully rigged rod, ready to go, for only $15 a day! Established in 1994, we offer a wide variety of bait, as well as a large selection of inshore and offshore tackle and accessories. Our goal is to make your Maine outdoor adventure a memorable one in any way we can, and Brandy, Scott, and Matt will be right here to help you! Don't forget to pat our dog Gypsey on the way in; throw her ball and she's your friend for life!
We also offer kayak rentals; come and enjoy an invigorating hour or two on the tranquil waters of beautiful Wells estuary from the unique perspective these boats provide. It is a wonderful and safe family adventure for both young and old.
